Jen Gordan liked her town a lot more when it wasn’t full of vicious ghouls out for blood...
Some of them appear as they were while alive, others as rotting corpses. They wander the night, dreaming and dancing among the tombstones, chained to their graves. The only thing they want is to devour life. Jen suspects the mysterious new guy in school, Carter Lord, has something to do with them. She stalks the graveyard at night looking for answers, fending off mysterious attacks from a hooded stalker. But during the day it’s all she can do to keep her life from falling apart.
The small town of Ashbrook used to be peaceful. Jen spent her time worrying about prom dresses, chem grades, and her cooking blog. Now the principal is talking to dead people, her academic rival could be out for blood, and even the guy Jen likes might be a threat to her life...
Jen may be able to find the answers she needs and free dozens of tortured souls, but is it worth the risk of losing her own?
